NFL CAREER – A promising player in training camp after being drafted in the seventh round last season, Arrington is expected to make a strong push for a roster spot after having his rookie season derailed by a toe injury in the 2008 preseason.

CAREER TRANSACTIONS – Signed to Saints practice squad, 9/7/09; Waived by Saints, 9/5/09; Placed on injured reserve, 8/29/08; Signed to a three-year contract, 7/21/08; Selected in the seventh round (237th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft.

2008 – Spent entire season on injured reserve after suffering turf toe injury in preseason…Had two receptions for 46 yards in the preseason.

COLLEGE – Appeared in 35 games with 18 starts at Michigan and finished his career with 109 receptions for 1,438 yards, with 16 TDs…Was the recipient of the Desmond Howard Award, given to team's top receiver as a redshirt junior in 2007…Started all 13 games in 2007, finishing second on the team with career-high 67 catches for 882 yards (13.2 avg.) and eight TDs, also rushing for an 11-yard TD. Also completed 11-yard TD pass off a reverse…Ended his career with a streak of 26 games with a reception…Had 40 grabs for 544 yards and eight touchdowns as a redshirt sophomore….Suffered right ankle fracture after returning kickoff 15 yards vs. Northern Illinois in the 2005 opener.
