NFL CAREER – Bullocks has quickly become an established veteran since being selected in the second round in 2005, starting 43 games – all but the first three contests of his rookie year – over the last three seasons. Each of the last two years the free safety has ranked third on the team in tackles, including posting a career-high 96 stops in 2007. Last season he also showed up all over the defensive stat sheet, adding a sack, a pair of interceptions, seven pass defenses, two forced fumbles and also blocked a field goal. It was the second-straight year that Bullocks has blocked a field goal. Inactive for two games last season with a strained quadriceps, he started all 16 games in 2006 and opened the final 13 of 2005 when Bullocks was hurried into action as a rookie after injuries at the position. Providing speed and instincts to the deepest reaches of the secondary, he has five interceptions in his career and 261 tackles (172 solo).

COLLEGE – Had a standout junior season at Nebraska, when he had 63 tackles (43 solo), two interceptions and seven pass defenses to earn second-team All-Big 12 honors…Started 28 of 36 games and posted 160 stops (92 solo), a fumble recovery, a forced fumble and 17 pass deflections…Earned All-American honors from The Sporting News and a semifinalist for the Jim Thorpe Award in 2003…Set school and Big 12 season records with 10 interceptions and added 154 yards in returns. Also had 49 tackles (23 solos)…Departed ranked second in career interceptions at the school. Redshirted as a true freshman in 2001.
