ADA Accessible Seating//
The Louisiana Superdome provides accommodations for those with special needs. We sincerely hope the information provided here and the accommodations on game day will make your visit to the Louisiana Superdome a favorable one.

Seating Information
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, accessible seating is located in several areas on a season ticket basis. All seating is based on availability at the time of purchase. Contact your Saints representative for location and availability.

Wheelchair and Companion Seating
Limited companion seating is available adjacent to all accessible seating. There is no difference in cost for the companion seating. The New Orleans Saints will use its best efforts to seat at least one companion next to our accessible patrons, based on availability.

Ticket Exchanges
Should a season ticket holder require accessible seating for a particular game, accommodations may be made prior to that game based on availability. If this service is needed, the season ticket holder of record must contact the Saints ticket office on Airline Drive to arrange for relocation into accessible seating. As accessible seating is limited, advance notice is beneficial so the Saints can better serve specific needs. Day of game ticket exchanges are based on a first come, first served basis. Any price increase differential resulting from the ticket exchange is the responsibility of the ticket holder. Please contact Albertha Armstrong at 504-731-1827 to make arrangements.

Wheelchair/Companion Ticket Fraud
Wheelchair/companion fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability for the purpose of obtaining wheelchair/companion seating. The New Orleans Saints reserve the right to take appropriate action up to and including relocation, ejection, or season ticket revocation for wheelchair/ companion ticket fraud.

Accessible Parking
A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on a season basis in the Northwest and Northeast garages. All requests for accessible parking passes must be submitted in writing to the New Orleans Saints ticket office. Requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

Drop Off Areas
The Louisiana Superdome has a designated drop off area located at the Sugar Bowl Drive (inner street parallel to Poydras Street) entrance (Gate A, north side of the stadium). Those with special needs must have a disability placard displayed on the dash of your car. Please be aware that it may be difficult to drop off and/or pick up patrons due to heavy traffic and congestion.

Elevators/Escalators
Public elevators are available for all with disabilities on game day. Ground access to elevators # 1, 2, 8, and 9 is available at Gate A of the Superdome. In addition, elevators 3 and 4 running between the Plaza level and 400 level are available.

Escalators are located at Gate A, Gate C, Gate G, and Gate E in the Superdome. They connect in the Plaza, Club, Suite, and Terrace Levels, accessing the 100 through 600 levels. Gate A escalators also access the ground level.

Assistive Listening Devices
Auxiliary hearing devices receiving a direct FM audio feed from the PA system are available to hearing impaired patrons. These devices are available from the Superdome, at either the Security Control office, or through a Guest Services member. These devices will function from any seat in the stadium. The Superdome uses the Phonic Ear listening device. The Superdome is also equipped with two- (2) volume controlled telephones, one on the Plaza Level at Gate A and the other on the ground level in the Gate A lobby. A TDD is also available on the Plaza Level at Gate A.

Accessible Restrooms
A total of 29 accessible facilities are provided on all levels throughout the Superdome. Accessible restrooms are also located on the ground level outside the Northeast and Northwest tunnels.

Service Animal
Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside the stadium. The patron is responsible for the actions of, and for meeting all needs of, the service animal, including clean up.

Signage
All amenities (for example, restrooms, elevators, telephones, and water fountains) are marked with clearly visible signage and also include Braille signage.

Concessions
Concessionaire's service is available in the Northeast and Northwest Ground level seating areas during Saints games. Orders are taken prior to kickoff, five minutes before half-ime, and in the third quarter.

Wheelchair Dispatch Program
Patrons who are in need of a wheelchair on the day of game may go to the Superdome Security Control Office on the Ground Level near Elevator 9 to borrow one for the duration of the game. A valid driver's license is requested in exchange for borrowing the wheelchair.

Emergency Evacuation
All ushers are trained to assist disabled patrons during an emergency evacuation. If you would like further information on evacuation procedures, please stop by Guest Services.
