Alyse is excited to return to the field with the New Orleans Saints Cheer Krewe for her 3rd season, eager to bring her best and contribute to another unforgettable year with the team!
She grew her roots in small-town Maringouin, Lousiana, but the big city of Los Angeles always had a pull on her heart. After graduating from Catholic High School of Pointe Coupee as Valedictorian of her class, she packed her bags and headed west. She obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial Dance from Hussian College Los Angeles, graduating with The President's Award and Summa Cum Laude.
Alyse's passion for dance began at a young age, and she has since dedicated her life to perfecting her craft. Her 24 years of hard work have led to numerous accomplishments, including the incredible honor of 2022 Saints Cheer Krewe Rookie of the Year.
In her youth, she was a student at Machita Dance Company, where she received formal training in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop and lyrical. Now, Alyse teaches all of these styles recreationally and coaches the Competition Team at MDC. She also teaches dance at St. Joseph's Academy in Baton Rouge. Her infectious positive spirit is one of the many things that makes her a great teacher!
"It feels incredible to be back for a 3rd season with the Saints Cheer Krewe! You know what they say, 'There's no place like DOME!' I can't wait to engage with our fans, hear the crowd roar and cheer on our Saints, all alongside the most talented teammates! I will never take this opportunity for granted. Geaux Saints!"
