Gavanne is a New Orleans native. She is a 5th year Saints NFL Cheerleader. She represented her team in Las Vegas at ProAction in 2022, and served as a dance captain that same season. Gavanne was selected to perform in London at the Saints versus Vikings game in 2022 as well as representing the Saints Cheer Krewe in Mobile, Alabama at the 2023 Reese's Senior Bowl game.Â
Gavanne is a Cosmetic Chemist and Owner of a product development company called, Vann Cosmetics. She has formulated hundreds of custom beauty products for companies around the country. She is also a business school professor at Delgado College, and is passionate about inspiring more entrepreneurs in New Orleans. Gavanne has a chemistry degree from Southern Methodist University, has done summer research at Vanderbilt, and has an MBA from Tulane University. During her educational studies, she was able to study abroad in Paris, Colombia, Mexico, and Vietnam.Â
Gavanne's dance background is in ballet, modern, and jazz. She's trained with Kelly School of Dance, NOCCA, NOBA, the Boston Conservatory, Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, AD Daem Dance Company, and The Texas Ballet Theatre.Â
Recently, Gavanne has starred in the music video "I'm Baby" by songstress Ambre', and performed on stage with R&B artist, Justin Garner. She has also presented pieces at Jacob's Pillow and the Kennedy Center.Â
Through her professional experience, she is dedicated to training the next generation of dancers. She is the Little Lions coach at Ursuline Academy.Â
Gavanne is always striving to be the best version of herself and has recently found a new interest in tumbling and flexibility training.
