Madison, or Maddie, grew up watching the Saints and visiting New Orleans often to see her family. New Orleans has always been a special place to her, and she is excited to get to cheer on the Saints during her rookie season!
She is currently enrolled at Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas, where she is finishing her associate's degree. During her first two years of college, Maddie cheered on the TVCC cheerleading team. Before cheering at the collegiate level, During high school, Maddie was on the Varsity cheerleading team at Blue Valley West High School in Overland Park, Kansas. She was awarded All-American honors all four years. While cheering for high school, she also cheered competitively as a member of the KC Cheer Fierce Five, a level 6 small coed team.
Maddie began cheering as soon as she could walk! At only a year old, she started recreational cheerleading with her mom's (who is a former Saints Cheerleader!) company. She cheered and danced for community events and local sports teams. Maddie later worked for this company, teaching girls between the ages of 3 and 12. Maddie began cheering competitively at the age of 6. Her team has won multiple National titles and placed in the top 5 at the cheerleading worlds since the age of 12.
"I've been cheering for the Saints since I was born. I loved watching the games with my family and embracing my Nola roots with a big bowl of gumbo and all the delicious food my dad would make. I'm proud to follow in my mom's footsteps as a New Orleans Saints Cheerleader. I grew up with a deep love for the Saints and the city of New Orleans, and I am so excited to live this dream of cheering on the Saints from the sidelines!!"
