THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES.

1.Eligibility: The Saints 2024 Junior Reporter Contest Presented by Align (the "Contest") is open to all legal residents of the United States who (i) have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry and (ii) have a child or legal ward who is at least nine (9) years of age and under the age of fourteen (14) ("Entrant"). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Align Technology, Inc. ("Align" or the "Sponsor"), Administrator (as defined below), the NFL Entities (as defined below), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Administrator: The Contest is administered by New Orleans Louisiana Saints, LLC (the "Administrator").

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, Entrant and their minor child(ren) participant(s), by and through the Entrant, accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, including but not limited to all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertisement, promotional or marketing materials, or other announcements relating to the Contest, these Official Rules govern. Administrator reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest at any time. Administrator may amend these Official Rules by posting such amended Official Rules https://www.neworleanssaints.com/fans/contests/rules/saints-jr-reporter-contest-rules.

4. Contest Period: The Contest begins at 9:00:00 am Central Time ("CT") on 8/22/2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM on 9/4/2024 (the "Contest Period"). Administrator's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest.

5. How to Enter: During the Contest Period, visit https://www.neworleanssaints.com/fans/contests/ and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit a registration form, including a link to a video describing why the Entrant wants to be the Saints' junior reporter, to receive one (1) entry into the Contest ("Entry"). All Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on 9/6/2024 in order to be eligible. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person throughout the Contest Period. Additional Entries received from the same person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. The use of script, macro, or any other device to automate or subvert the registration process is prohibited and all such registrations and corresponding entries will be void. By submitting an Entry, Entrants grant to Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective designees a world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right, but not the obligation, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, promote, market, advertise, and display the Entry for any purposes and in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, without further consideration, compensations, notification, or permission.

Determination of compliance with Entry guidelines and these Official Rules will be in the sole discretion of the Administrator, whose decisions are final. All Entries must comply with the Entry guidelines outlined below:

All Entries must: (i) be the original creation of the Entrant and solely owned by Entrant; (ii) not have won previous awards; (iii) not have been previously published; and (iv) be suitable for presentation in a public forum. In addition, in order to be eligible, each Entry must not include any unauthorized third-party intellectual property, general property, or products. Entry cannot defame or invade publicity and/or intellectual property rights or the privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any copyrighted, trademarked, or patented works or any person's personal or proprietary rights. Entry may also not contain, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion, any content that: is sexually explicit or suggestive; is violent or derogatory; is profane or pornographic; promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message; is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; defames, misrepresents, or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies; contains trademarks owned by others; contains any personal identification; contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission; communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and/or violates any law. Entries deemed by Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion, to be immoral, profane, or not in keeping with Sponsor's image, or in violation of these Official Rules, will be void. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein or with any of the terms of these Official Rules, Entry will be void. Modification of an existing work does not qualify as original. By submitting a photograph, Entrants certify that they are the sole owner of the photograph being submitted, that they have the right to use any likenesses of other individuals appearing in the photo, that no other approval is required, and that they have the full right, without restriction, to license the photograph.

In order to be entered into the Contest, each Entry must be complete and meet all criteria set forth in these Official Rules. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. Data rates may apply. Check with your internet or wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges; Entrants are solely responsible for any such internet or wireless charges. Other than for prize notification or conditions as stated herein, neither Sponsor, nor Administrator, nor anyone acting on its behalf, will enter into any communications with any Entrant regarding this Contest or acknowledge any Entry not meeting all Entry requirements stated herein, and such Entries will be disqualified. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of Entrants whom Administrator believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Contest or is in violation of these Official Rules.

6. Use of Entrant Information for Marketing Purposes: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Contest will be collected by Administrator and used for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest as described in these Official Rules and for commercial purposes in accordance with Administrator's privacy policy available at http://www.neworleanssaints.com/privacypolicy. Opting into specific offers and/or requests to receive further communication from Administrator, Sponsor, or any other entity does not improve one's chances of winning. Acceptance of these terms and entry into the Contest constitutes permission for Administrator, Align, and their designees to use entrant's name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation.

7. Selection of Winner: Based on the criteria outlined below, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen at the conclusion of the Contest Period from among all eligible Entries received. Sponsor and Administrator will judge each Entry based on the following criteria: (i) enthusiasm and knowledge of the New Orleans Saints team and players (0-50 points); (ii) Saints themed setting and/or attire; (0-10); and (iii) originality: including creativity, depiction, and uniqueness: (0-40 points). In the event of a tie, such tied Entries will be re-judged based on the following criteria: enthusiasm: 0-100 points. The one (1) Entrant who submits the highest scoring Entry, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion, will be deemed the Grand Prize winner (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules). This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Administrator will not disclose judging scores. By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of Administrator, which will be final and binding in all respects.

8. Requirements of Potential Winner: Entrants must continue to comply with the Official Rules; and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winner is required to attend all prize-related events with the child or legal ward presented in the Entry on or about 9/4/2024, one (1) potential winner will be notified by Administrator via telephone and/or email via the information Entrant provided at time of entry. The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within two (2) days of notification: Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and (where legal) Publicity, an IRS Form W-9, and/or any other documents as required by Administrator in order to claim the prize and to fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. If the potential winner(s) fails to do so, he/she may be disqualified and forfeit the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for this and/or any other reason, if time permits, Administrator will select an alternate potential winner. If the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the prize will not be awarded.

9. Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive the following: (i) four (4) tickets (for winner, winner's child or legal ward presented in the Entry, and two (2) guests) to attend the Saints home game scheduled for September 8, 2024 at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana; (ii) four (4) pre-game field passes (for winner and three (3) guests) for the same game; and (iii) the opportunity for winner's child or legal ward to participate as a junior reporter. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $1,000).

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM GAME AND PARKING PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF GRAND PRIZE. All Junior reporter content and features shall be in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or Administrator. The Grand Prize is awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize or any portion thereof will not be awarded in any form. The award of a prize does not indicate any endorsement, approval, or sponsorship of this Contest by any named or implied individual or entity. The potential guest of the potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return a Liability Release and (unless prohibited by law) Publicity Release prior to participation in the Grand Prize. If the potential guest is a minor child or legal ward of the Grand Prize winner, the Grand Prize winner will be required to execute the Liability Release and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) on their behalf. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers, passes, or certificates will not be replaced. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any game delays, any cancellation of the game, and/or other difficulties occurring with the prize. Tickets and passes are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. Winner and guests agree to comply with all such terms and conditions, as well as all game and venue rules and regulations and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike, or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at any game. Winner and/or guests will be escorted out of venue by Administrator or its designated agent(s) for improper conduct and/or violation of federal, state, or local laws (including, but not limited to, the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and alcohol), as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion, and winner will forfeit the balance of their prize. Exact seat and pass locations to be determined solely by Sponsor. Unused tickets or passes cannot be refunded, exchanged, or applied towards tickets or passes for any subsequent games. If unused, tickets and passes cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash value or substitute tickets. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state, and local taxes, food, beverages, souvenirs, parking, any ground transportation, and other miscellaneous expenses are winner's sole responsibility. Grand Prize winners are strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading, or otherwise transferring the Grand Prize or any portion thereof without the express consent of Sponsor. Other than the details of the Grand Prize outlined above, Released Parties (as defined below) have no additional obligations or commitments to any Grand Prize winner in connection with this Contest. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Administrator reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or any portion thereof for one of equal or greater value. The prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state, and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs, fees or expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals, beverages, activities, purchases, incidentals, telephone calls or other personal expenses. Grand Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Other restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.

10. Publicity: Entry in this Contest constitutes Entrant's irrevocable, perpetual permission and consent to Administrator and others authorized by Administrator, including but not limited to Align, without compensation or attribution, (i) to use, reproduce, print, publish, transmit, communicate to the public, distribute, sell, perform, adapt, enhance, or display the Entry and the Entrant's and their child(ren)'s name, likeness, photograph, any recording, and/or likeness, and city and state of residence for editorial, advertising, commercial, and publicity purposes, in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world; (ii) to do (or omit to do) any acts in respect of the entry video or other entry materials which may otherwise constitute an infringement of the Entrant's or their participating minor child(ren)'s moral rights; and (iii) to edit, adapt, and modify the entry video and any other entry materials.

11. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, the Administrator may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Contest and award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Administrator reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, incomplete, entries not received by the entry deadline, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone, computer hardware or software, and other technical errors or failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Contest; unauthorized human intervention; failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Contest, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Administrator reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Internet caution: any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law. Administrator reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Contest or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by the Administrator in their sole discretion.

Caution: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE THE WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ALIGN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND TO DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Contest may be terminated at any time, without warning, in the Administrator's sole discretion.

In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Administrator with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Administrator. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected, in Administrator's sole discretion.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Administrator and its partners to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold the Released Parties (as defined below) harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of use/acceptance of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, Entrant and their participating minor child(ren) by and through the Entrant agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. Administrator and its promotional partners are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability: BY ENTERING INTO THIS CONTEST AND AGREEING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU MAY BE GIVING UP IMPORTANT LEGAL RIGHTS – PLEASE READ ALL OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Administrator, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions, LLC, NFL International, LLC, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives, and employees (collectively, the "NFL Entities") Align Technology, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees, and their respective shareholders, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors, and employees of them (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL CLAIMS AND waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES AND AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR THE PRIZES AWARDED. THE NFL ENTITIES HAVE NOT OFFERED OR SPONSORED THIS CONTEST IN ANY WAY. If for any reason an Entrant's Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is another Contest entry; provided that if it is not possible to award another Entry for any reason, Administrator, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

13. Disputes: This Contest is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the laws of the State of Louisiana, excluding its conflicts of law rules. The parties specifically disclaim the applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to this Agreement. The forum and venue for any dispute shall be in the appropriate state courts in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. If the controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation, it shall then be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its arbitration rules and procedures or subsequent versions thereof ("AAA Rules"). The AAA Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be experienced and licensed to practice law in Louisiana. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR CONTEST ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE TIME THE CAUSE OF ACTION OCCURRED, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

14. Contest Results: To obtain a listing of the winner, interested individuals should send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by 10/15/2024 to: Saints 2024 Jr. Reporter Contest Winner, c/o New Orleans Saints, 5800 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70003.

15. Align's role: ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ALIGN TECHNOLOGY, INC. ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, "ALIGN") HAS THE SOLE ROLE IN THE CONTEST OF A PROMOTIONAL PARTNER. ALIGN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTEST, THE SELECTION OF THE WINNER, OR THE AWARDING OF THE PRIZE TO THE WINNER.
