Take a closer look at New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees' five touchdown performance

*QB Drew Brees completed 26-of-34 passes for 332 yards, five touchdowns, zero interceptions and a 146.1 passer rating – his 14th career game with a passer rating above 140.0. Brees also had a two-yard rush.

The five touchdown performance was the eighth of Brees' career, the most in NFL history. Brees broke a tie with Peyton Manningfor the most 5-TD games in league history. It was also Brees' 22nd game with at least four TD passes, which ranks third all-time behind Manning(25) andBrett Favre *(23).

*Brees completed passes to 10 different players. The last time he did so was on September 30, 2012 at Green Bay.

*Brees' multiple-touchdown pass game was the 105th of his career. Brees trails only Brett Favre (159), Peyton Manning (142), Marino (127) and Tom Brady (110).

*Brees topped the 200-yard passing mark for the 38th straight game.
