Tampa, Fla. - New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees on Sunday became the third player with more than 65,000 career passing yards.
Brees entered Sunday's game vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers needing 184 yards to join Peyton Manning and Brett Favre in the exclusive club. Manning has 71,940 yards passing and Favre has 71,838 yards passing. Brees passed the mark on the team's first drive of the fourth quarter with a pass to Mark Ingram.
Earlier Sunday Brees surpassed the 4,000-yard mark for an NFL record 11th consecutive season.
