Here are your Five Things to Know about the New Orleans Saints on Thursday, Aug. 29:
1. The Saints will have practice with the media viewing period being from 11:20 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. Afterword at around 12:35 p.m., Dennis Allen will speak with the media which Saints fans can watch live on NewOrleansSaints.com.
2. After practice, the locker room will be open to the media and Saints fans can watch any interviews with players posted later in the day on NewOrleansSaints.com and the Saints YouTube channel.
3. Senior writer John DeShazier will have a story recapping the day's events. While you wait, catch up on DeShazier's latest story about undrafted wide receiver Mason Tipton making the Saints' 53-man roster.
4. The Saints filled out their practice squad Wednesday. Check out the transactions.
5. The 2024 Saints debut against the Carolina Panthers on Sept. 8 in the Caesars Superdome. The game will be broadcast on FOX and WWL 105.3 FM/870 AM. Check out the rest off the Saints schedule as the 2024 regular season gets closer to getting underway.
