2. After two weeks, the Saints sit atop the NFC South though they are tied with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 2-0. 4. Coach Dennis Allen made an appearance on the Saints Coaches Show on WWL on Monday, Sept. 16 to discuss the team's win over Dallas. NewOrleansSaints.com will cover the top five takeaways from Allen's appearance later in the day.
5. The Saints begin preparations for their game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, Sept. 22 in the Caesars Superdome. The Eagles fell to the Atlanta Falcons 22-21 on "Monday Night Football" after allowing a go-ahead touchdown in the last minute of the game. The Saints will return to practice Wednesday to begin preparing for an Eagles team looking to get back in the win column.
