Here are your Five Things to Know about the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday, Sept. 3:

1. The New Orleans Super Bowl LIX Host Committee announced that they will be holding a press conference at 10:30 a.m. to name defensive end Cameron Jordan, safety Tyrann Mathieu, linebacker Demario Davis, and analyst and sideline reporter Jen Hale and Community Champions for the upcoming Super Bowl. Media will get a chance to speak to the four about their role.

2. NewOrleansSaints.com will have full coverage of the event including an article from Senior Writer John DeShazier, photo coverage and a video recap.

3. The Saints Podcast returned on Sept. 2 featuring discussions with Saints legends Deuce McAlister, Scott Shanle and John Carney previewing all three phases of football for the coming Saints season. Fans can expect the next episodes of the podcast Wednesday, Sept. 4 and Friday, Sept. 6.

4. The New Orleans Saints have the day off from practice. The team will return to practice on Wednesday as preparations for the home opener on Sunday, Sept. 8, against the Carolina Panthers to open the 2024 NFL season.
