Here are your Five Things to Know about the New Orleans Saints on Wednesday, Oct. 2:

1. A new episode of Going Long with Chase Daniel will release later in the day. On this episode, Daniel sits down with Saints legend Jim Everett. Be sure to catch up on the first two episodes with Saints legends Archie Manning and Steve Walsh as well

2. Dennis Allen said the Saints expect to conduct a walk-through style practice on Wednesday and begin their normal practice schedule with full practices, including media availabilities, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday as the team prepares for their "Monday Night Football" game against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 5 on Oct. 7, 2024.

4. Saints players were out and about in the community Tuesday. Catch up on all the photo galleries including a visit to the Ochsner Health Center for Children, tight end Taysom Hill visiting the LSU School of Dentistry and defensive end Cameron Jordan once again heading out to visit a school making a stop at St. Alphonsus School.

5. The Kansas City Chiefs are not a common opponent for the Saints. This interconference matchup has only occurred 12 times with the Chiefs holding a 7-5 lead. It has been a closely-fought series however as six of the games have been decided by seven points or less.
