Here are your Five Things to Know about the New Orleans Saints on Wednesday, Oct. 23:
1. The New Orleans Saints will return to practice ahead of their Week 8 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. After practice head coach Dennis Allen and quarterback Spencer Rattler will speak with the media and it can be watched live on NewOrleansSaints.com and on the Saints Facebook, X and YouTube channels. Fans can expect Allen to speak at around 2 p.m. and Rattler around 3:30 p.m.
2. The team announced a few roster moves on Tuesday including the signing of Marquez Valdes-Scantling as well as announcing that they have extended the contract of running back Alvin Kamara. Stay tuned for player interviews from the locker room later in the day where they will talk with Saints players about all the latest happenings.
3. Another episode of the Saints Podcast with Erin Summers will release later in the day. Summers will break down all the latest news and happenings. Catch up on our latest episode where Summers sat down with Saints legend La'Roi Glover.
4. NewOrleansSaints.com will curate the best photos from the Saints game against the Denver Broncos starting with the best photos of the offense releasing later in the day.
