Ingredients
FRITOS ® Corn Chips - 1 bag
Nacho Cheese Sauce - 1 cup.
Grated Parmesan Cheese - 1 cup.
Crumbled Cotija Cheese - 1 Tbsp.
Roasted Corn Kernels - 1 cup.
Sliced Jalapenos - 5-6 slices each
Chopped Cilantro - 2 tsp.
Mexican Crema - 1 Tbsp.
Mexican Chili and Lime Seasoning - 1 tsp.
How to Make
- Heat up nacho cheese sauce until warm.
- Place Fritos ® Corn Chips onto tray.
- Top Fritos® Corn Chips with warm nacho cheese sauce, parmesan cheese, cotija cheese, corn kernels, jalapenos and cilantro.
- Drizzle Mexican crema and shake Mexican chili and Lime seasoning on top of all ingredients.
- Serve and enjoy!
