The New Orleans Saints, who finished the preseason with a 3-1 mark, led the NFC in several statistical categories and had two players rank at the top of the conference standings as well.
The Saints finished first in the NFC in total offense (398.3 yards a game), passing offense (282.8 yards), rushing defense (79.3 yards a game) and fewest sacks allowed (four).
Khiry Robinson led the NFC in rushing (228 yards) and Thomas Morstead led the conference in punting average (50.6).
The Saints will open the regular season on Sunday, Sept. 8 against the Atlanta Falcons.
