The New Orleans Saints are looking to add a center-hung video board to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, team president Dennis Lauscha said on Monday's Black and Blue Report.
Lauscha talked about a number of potential upgrades for the New Orleans Arena and Mercedes-Benz Superdome in his interview Monday.
Lauscha said the video board for the Pelicans wouldn't be part of the "phase 1" changes (changes taking place this season for the) but would definitely be part of phase 2.
"We are really pursuing (center-hung video board) for the Superdome," Lauscha said. "We are working on that right now. We think if we can add a center-hung video board to the Superdome it will really help our Super Bowl LII bid in 2018."
