New Orleans Saints players go stand-up paddle boarding in San Diego

A group of Saints players are doing part of their offseason training in San Diego

A group of New Orleans Saints players are using stand-up paddle boarding as part of their offseason training in San Diego this week.

Drew Brees, Brandin Cooks, Ryan Griffin, Austin Johnson, Seantavius Jones, Nick Toon and former Saint, current Kansas City Chief Chase Daniel are competing in beach drills and stand-up paddle boarding on the West Coast.

"(Stand-up paddle boarding) will make the most athletic people feel pretty stupid!" Brees told NBC San Diego. "Anytime you are having to just balance on the water, it's a different animal."
