New Orleans Saints rookies joined quarterbacks coach Mike Neu at the Harahan Lions Club for the Touchdown Club's annual "Superboil."

As the rookies entered the room, they were handed a platter of crawfish and escorted into the dining room where they were greeted be cheering fans.

Neu introduced himself, thanked the fans for their support and handed the microphone over to the rookies. Each rookie stood up, said their name, college, position and most managed to throw in a "who dat."

Fans surrounded the players to give them instructions on how to peel the crawfish, which most got the hang of eventually. When the rookies finished eating they took the time to mingle with fans, signing autographs and taking photos.

This event has been held annually for over thirty years and it is something that the rookies always enjoy. It gives them the opportunity to meet our passionate fans, learn about our unique cuisine and adapt to Louisiana culture.
