IRVINE, Calif. — The temperature barely rose above 80 degrees as the New Orleans Saints held their first 2024 training camp practice under a cloudless blue sky in Southern California. The Saints rang in the new season in a decidedly different locale. The change in venue was necessitated by the construction going on at the facility back home, but the hope is that the temperate weather — as well as the relative isolation from the outside world — will prove to be an advantage as the organization looks to snap a three-year playoff drought.
