IRVINE, Calif. — A few months ago, New Orleans Saints coach Dennis Allen didn't know much about Mason Tipton. Allen certainly wasn't alone. As an undersized, undrafted receiver who played at an Ivy League school, Tipton's name likely didn't ring much of a bell even with diehard college football fans. IRVINE, Calif. — The pads came on at New Orleans Saints' camp, and the intensity ratcheted up a notch, too. After taking Sunday off, the Saints were back at it for their fifth practice of training camp — and their first in full pads.
