New Orleans Saints wide receiver Rashid Shaheed will undergo surgery on his meniscus and is a candidate to land on injured reserve, coach Dennis Allen said Wednesday. In their final preseason game of the year, with their usual starters resting, the New Orleans Saints started Bub Means and Equanimeous St. Brown at wide receiver. Two months later, the Saints could rely heavily on the duo once again. The Saints will be without their two top wide receivers for Thursday's game against the Denver Broncos as Chris Olave was ruled out with a concussion and Rashid Shaheed is set to undergo knee surgery.
