New Orleans Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler will start Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, coach Dennis Allen said Wednesday. Allen said he felt Rattler, a fifth-round rookie out of South Carolina, gave the Saints the best chance to win. Their performances would be monitored week-to-week, he said, even when the Saints chose to go with Haener as the backup quarterback on game days.
