Recipe Ingredients
- TOSTITOS® Crispy Rounds Tortilla Chips: 13 oz. bag
- Sushi-Grade Tuna, diced: 3/4 cup
- Avocado, diced: 1/4 cup
- Cucumber, peeled and diced: 2 Tbsp.
- Tobiko or Masago Fish Roe (optional): 1.5 Tbsp.
- Radish, thinly sliced: 1 Tbsp.
- Pickled Ginger, sliced: 1 Tbsp.
- Cilantro, chopped: 2 tsp.
- Green onion, sliced: 2 tsp.
- Sesame seeds, black or white: 1 tsp.
- Spicy Mayo: 3 Tbsp.
- Wasabi Sauce (optional): 2 Tbsp.
Recipe Steps
- Place half a bag of TOSTITOS® Crispy Rounds onto serving tray, and top with pieces of diced tuna, avocado, and cucumber.
- Add tobiko, sliced radish, and ginger. Garnish with a sprinkling of cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with spicy mayo and wasabi sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
