On August 27, 1979 former New Orleans Saints offensive tackle Jon Stinchcomb was born.

The Saints drafted Stinchcomb 37th overall in the second round of the 2003 draft.

Stinchcomb went on to play for the Saints from 2003-2010.

He was a member of the Super Bowl team.
