On December 6, 2009 the New Orleans Saints defeated the Washington Redskins 33-30.
During the second quarter of the game, former wide receiver Robert Meachem stripped the ball on an interception from a Redskins safety and returned the ball 41 yards for a touchdown.
With the victory, the Saints improved to 12-0 and clinched the NFC South.
The Saints finished the season 13-3, winning Super Bowl XLIV.
