Greg Rouchell is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans.  Rouchell oversees all aspects of human resources for both teams, including policies, employee relations, benefits, talent acquisition and retention, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.  In addition to his human resources responsibilities for both clubs, Rouchell also serves as in-house corporate counsel for Gayle Benson's additional business enterprises, including The Gayle Benson Team of Automotive Dealerships, Corporate Realty and Benson Capital Partners.

Prior to joining the organization, Rouchell practiced law at Adams and Reese LLP for nearly 19 years and served as outside legal counsel for both the Saints and Pelicans for over a decade.  While at the firm, Rouchell served as the Labor & Employment Team Leader and was consistently recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation. 

Rouchell earned his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2000 and subsequently graduated near the top of his class in 2003 from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
