Rejzohn Wright

NFL CAREER – After going to training camp with the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted rookie in 2023 and spending a week on the Las Vegas Raiders practice squad, Wright was signed by the Saints after the 2023 season. After spending 2024 on Injured Reserve and playing in four games in 2025, Wright will compete for a spot in the New Orleans secondary while also seeking to impress the coaching staff on special teams.

2025 – Played in four games for the Saints, recording one special teams tackle in opener vs. Arizona, Sept. 7. 2024 – Spent entire season on Injured Reserve. 2023 – Went to training camp with the Panthers and spent one week on the Raiders practice squad.

COLLEGE – After starting out at Laney College and being ranked as the nation's fifth-ranked junior college cornerback, transferred to Oregon State, appearing in 31 games with 25 starts in three years and recording career totals of 92 tackles, a sack, four interceptions, 17 pass breakups, one forced fumble and two recoveries…Started 11-of-12 games as a senior in 2022 and was named All-Pac-12 first-team, recording 38 tackles, one fumble recovery, two interceptions and nine passes defensed…Started all 13 contests in 2021, making 52 tackles with two interceptions, eight passes defensed and one sack earning All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention…Graduated with a sociology degree.

PERSONAL – Prepped at James Logan (East Palo Alto, Calif.) HS, where he played  football for Head Coach Ricky Rodriguez and also lettered in basketball…At Laney, he was featured on the Netflix documentary series "Last Chance U", where he played for the legendary late Head Coach John Beam…Participated in an NBC Sports Super Bowl LX pregame show piece along with other Laney alumni, that served as a tribute to Beam, who was murdered in 2025…Presented a free football camp at Menlo Atherton High School in 2024, the inaugural year for the "Dreamers Camp..."Rejzohn (pronounced: Ray-zhawn) Wright was born on Sept. 4, 2000, in Union City, Calif…Brother, Nashon, plays CB for the Chicago Bears.
