NFL CAREER – After signing to the Saints' practice squad in Week Three of the 2025 season, Sherman provided valuable depth to the offensive line. Originally selected by the New England Patriots in the sixth round (197th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft out of Colorado, Sherman appeared in one game with the Patriots as a rookie. After spending time on the practice squad with New England (2021-22), Denver (2023-25) and New Orleans (2025), Sherman has played in eight career games with two starts at right guard. In 2025, Sherman played in seven games and made his first two career starts. Sherman will look to continue providing solid depth along the offensive line for the Saints offense in 2026.

COLLEGE – Played in 24 games with 21 starts in four seasons at the University of Colorado (2017-20). Played and started all 12 games at right tackle in 2019, appearing in 836 of a possible 850 offensive plays and added 67 knockdown blocks. As a sophomore, he was named All-Pac 12 honorable mention by the league's coaches after playing in all 12 games (nine starts) and appearing in 750 offensive plays.
