We'd like to take a moment to recognize Tina Scott and her late husband, Chris Scott, at tonight's Ochsner Heroes of the Game.

Tina lost her husband earlier this year to COVID-19 at the age of 50. Scott was waiting to get vaccinated. Tina was brave enough to share her story after the passing of her husband to raise awareness that the decision to get vaccinated affects everyone.

Chris was a car guy, a Saints fan, a sportsman, a younger brother and loving son –and most importantly – a devoted dad and husband.

Tina and her family are here to honor Chris at one of his favorite pastimes – attending a Saints game! Tina reminds her community to get a boost and cheer this holiday season to help keep each other safe while having a great time too!
