NFL CAREER – Claimed off of waivers from Green Bay at the conclusion of the 2017 preseason by the Saints, Hill has provided value to New Orleans in multiple spots on both offense and special teams over the past seven seasons. In 2023, Hill continued to excel in a hybrid role, taking snaps at quarterback, tight end and wide receiver positions as well as being a contributor on special teams. Starting seven of 16 contests he appeared in, Hill rushed 81 times for 401 yards and four touchdowns, had a career-best 33 receptions for 291 yards and three touchdowns, and completed 6-of-11 passes for 83 yards and one touchdown, while adding two special teams stops. Hill has 12 career touchdown passes, 27 rushing touchdowns and 12 career receiving scores, making him the first NFL player since Frank Gifford 1952-64) to reach double-digit totals in passing, rushing and receiving touchdowns. Hill's touchdown second quarter 20-yard touchdown run was the longest run on the season by a Saints rusher. Hill's two touchdown runs marked the sixth time he has had multiple touchdown rushes in a game, his first since 2021 (12/19/21 vs. N.Y. Jets) …Vs. Chicago, Nov. 5, saw action at QB, WR, TE, and on special teams. Hill became the first player to have at least ten career rushing touchdowns, passing touchdowns and career receiving touchdowns since Gifford. Overall, Hill led New Orleans in rushing with 11 carries for 52 yards, had four receptions for 13 yards and tossed the three-yard go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter to TE Juwan Johnson. Hill's 20 receptions on the season are a career-high…At Atlanta, Nov. 26, rotated in at QB, TE, and saw action on special teams, handling the kick return duties in the second half in place of the injured Shaheed. Finished with two receptions for 55 yards, including a season-long 36-yard reception in the first half, and rushed seven times for 26 yards…Vs. Hill also recorded one coverage tackle. COLLEGE – Started 33 of 37 games played in five seasons at BYU, finishing with 23 wins as starter. Finished his career with 6,929 yards and 43 touchdown passes on 609-of-1,047 passing. Added 2,815 rushing yards and 32 touchdowns on 534 attempts. Finished fifth in school annals and first among signal-callers in rushing yards and posted nine 100-yard games...Started all 12 games he played in as a senior, finishing with 222 completions on 372 attempts for 2,323 yards, 12 TDs.
