PETE WERNER 2024 SEASON ANALYSIS:
New Orleans Saints linebacker Pete Werner completed his fourth season as a member of the Black and Gold, playing in 13 games, all starts. The linebacker missed three games with a hamstring injury and missed the season finale with a concussion.
Despite the missed time, Werner still finished as the Saints second leading tackler behind only fellow linebacker Demario Davis. Werner tallied 92 tackles (54 solo) falling just one short of his career high of 93 set in the previous campaign. He also added a pass defensed and three of his tackles were for a loss.
BEST GAME OF PETE WERNER'S 2024 SEASON:
Werner put on his best performance in Week 17 against the Las Vegas Raiders where he matched his single-game career high in tackles with 13 tackles (seven solo). Werner was targeted three times in the passing game and only conceded 12 yards on those plays.

"I've said it from the start of the year, we've got the same talent that we did at the start of the year. We're just not putting it together and I think it goes back to what we were talking about, the details. I think we can't stay complacent with these losses. Somebody has got to bring the juice.
