NFL CAREER –Originally signed as an undrafted free agent out of Wyoming in 2019, the sixth-year pro posted a career-best season in 2023, starting all 17 games and finishing with a career-high 78 tackles (43 solo), 14 stops for loss, one pass breakup, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, and a team-leading 8.5 sacks. Granderson has shown persistence to throughout his NFL career, playing in 71 games with 24 starts, racking up 179 tackles (103 solo), 23 sacks, two pass breakups, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in his first five seasons. His development has been key for the Black and Gold defense, leading New Orleans to sign him to a four-year contract extension at the start of the 2023 season.
