Falcons' 2018 season recap:
Atlanta's season was somewhat of a roller-coaster. The beginning of their season provided a glimpse at how the entire year would play out, as they lost close contests to the Eagles, Saints, and Bengals in the first four weeks and squeaked by the Panthers to start the campaign 1-3. After getting blown out by the Steelers, quarterback Matt Ryan and the Falcons seemed to turn things around, winning their next three games in a row to get back to 4-4. That three-game winning streak would not last long, as the Falcons took an immediate turn south, only this time it was a crushing five-game losing streak that knocked them out of playoff contention.
