Neal earned several national honors during his collegiate career, including being a semifinalist for the Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year Award, multiple National Player of the Week honors, and a Reese's Senior Bowl Offensive Player of the Week award during the 2024 season. As a senior in 2024 with the Jayhawks, Neal rushed for 1,266 yards on 219 attempts and 16 touchdowns across 12 games.
High School Star
The Lawrence, Kansas native was the consensus No. 1 recruit in Kansas, rushing for over 1,300 yards and 20 touchdowns in his senior year at Lawrence High School.

Neal started playing football at the age of five and wore #4, pulling inspiration from running back legends like T.J. Yeldon and Dalvin Cook.
