After being dormant for much of the first half of the preseason finale Thursday at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, quarterback Teddy Bridgewater led the New Orleans Saints on a 93-yard touchdown drive as the Saints trail the Miami Dolphins 13-7 at halftime.
The Dolphins scored first on two Jason Sanders field goals, one from 46 yards and the other from 26, and then added a 2-yard touchdown pass to Reece Horn with 17 seconds left in the half to re-gain the lead.
The Saints' scoring drive was sparked by a 43-yard Bridgewater completion to Lil'Jordan Humphrey and ended on a 12-yard touchdown reception by Emmanuel Butler.
Almost every starter from both teams sat the game out.
