New Orleans Saints present 2024 50/50 Raffle checks to winners after season's conclusion

Over $620K will help support 12 Louisiana organizations

The New Orleans Saints are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the 2024 50/50 Raffle, which set a new record by raising a total of $1.34 million. Of that amount, $628K will support 12 Louisiana organizations.

This season, 378 volunteers helped sell 42,594 tickets across 11 games, with 2,430,110 raffle numbers sold. Over the past eight years, the 50/50 Raffle has supported a variety of charitable causes and organizations across the New Orleans Saints' territory. Each home game featured a different beneficiary, with a portion of the raffle ticket sales benefiting the highlighted organization. Additionally, an online-only 50/50 raffle took place for the annual Saints vs. Falcons RivALS game, supporting ALS research.

"We thank all those who participated in and supported the raffle, contributing to the incredible work of these local organizations," said Gayle Benson, Owner of the New Orleans Saints. "The work these organizations do is vital to the health, growth, and success of our local communities, and we are excited to see the positive impact these donations will have in supporting that."

Week 1: Families Helping Families

A non-profit dedicated to empowering families of individuals with disabilities.
Week 3: New Orleans Hispanic Heritage Foundation
Game Date: September 22, 2024
This foundation celebrates and promotes Hispanic culture, while supporting the local Hispanic community.
Week 6: Gayle and Tom Benson Cancer Center
Game Date: October 13, 2024
Providing world-class cancer care to patients in the New Orleans area.
Week 7: Brees Dream Foundation
Game Date: October 17, 2024
Founded by Drew and Brittany Brees, this foundation supports cancer patients and youth development programs.
Week 10: NOLA VFW
Game Date: November 10, 2024
Supporting veterans and active military personnel in the New Orleans area.
Week 11: Home for Good
Game Date: November 17, 2024
Focused on addressing homelessness in New Orleans through affordable housing solutions.
Week 13: Second Harvest Food Bank
Game Date: December 1, 2024
The region's largest hunger relief organization, providing meals to those in need.
Week 15: Goodwill
Game Date: December 15, 2024
Helping people with disabilities and other barriers to employment through job training and placement services.
Week 17: Be Loud and Cool Cooperative
Game Date: December 29, 2024
Creating opportunities for kids through film, radio, and digital media production.

RivALS Game:

Week 4: Team Gleason
Game Date: September 29, 2024
This away game focused on raising funds for ALS research and supporting Team Gleason's mission to enhance the lives of those affected by ALS.
