Saints punter Thomas Morstead is the latest Saint to give fans a glimpse of his offseason routine. Morstead took his talents to Twitter, posting a video of he and his family in the park breaking a sweat. He noted that he and his wife, Lauren, love sharing their passion for healthy living with the kids. Morstead reps out six pull-ups as his three children, totaling nearly 100 pounds, are draped all over him. The post on Morstead's official Twitter account accumulated nearly 100,000 views in 24 hours.
Back in April, a video shared by the official NFL Instagram account showed Saints running back Alvin Kamara practicing his balance and hand-eye coordination. The post garnered over 2.2 million views.
