Sam Mills, one of the key members of the New Orleans Saints Dome Patrol defense, was named one of 25 semifinalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2019 on Tuesday, Nov. 20.
Mills played linebacker for the Saints from 1986-1994 before finishing his career with the Carolina Panthers.
Mills, who died in 2005, was also a semifinalist in 2016.
