Following the third set of NFL Pro Bowl returns through Dec. 16, three New Orleans Saints players - running back Alvin Kamara, safety Tyrann Mathieu and punter Matthew Hayball - ranked in the top six at their respective position groups.

Kamara currently ranks fifth overall among running backs (fourth among NFC RBs) in voting, trailing Saquon Barkley (Philadelphia Eagles), Derrick Henry (Baltimore Ravens), Jahmyr Gibbs (Detroit Lions) and Josh Jacobs (Green Bay Packers). Kamara ranks third in the NFL in yards from scrimmage this season with 1,493 yards, with a career-high 950 yards rushing and a team-best 543 receiving. Kamara has found the end zone on eight occasions, with six rushing touchdowns and two receiving.

Mathieu is in sixth among free safeties, fifth in the NFC. He trails Kerby Joseph (Lions), Xavier McKinney (Packers), Reed Blankenship (Eagles), Camryn Bynum (Minnesota Vikings) and Damar Hamlin (Buffalo Bills). Mathieu has three interceptions, tied for the 13th highest total in the NFL, in addition to 52 tackles (38 solo), two forced fumbles and fumble recovery in 2024.

Among punters, Hayball currently ranks second in the NFC behind Lions punter Jack Fox and fourth in the NFL behind Tommy Townsend (Houston Texans), Corey Bojorquez (Cleveland Browns) and Fox. The rookie has punted 61 times for 2,683 yards while conceding only 181 return yards. His 33 punts downed within the 20-yard line is the third highest total in the league and sets a team record since the statistic was first recorded in 1976.

Fans can vote to help determine the 88-man roster until Dec. 23 on NFL platforms and NewOrleansSaints.com. Fans can also vote on X by posting the first and last name of the player, tagging the player's official handle or creating a hashtag including the player's first and last name with all three of these methods required to include the hashtag: #ProBowlVote. During the final two days (Dec. 22 – Dec. 23), social votes will count as double.

Player selections will be determined by the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches, with each group's vote counting as one-third toward determining the all-star players who will be selected to this year's Pro Bowl Games. The NFL is the only sports league that combines voting by fans, coaches and players to determine its Pro Bowl teams. NFL players and coaches will cast their votes on Dec. 27.

The 2025 Pro Bowl Games will take place in Orlando, Florida on Sunday, Feb. 2.
