Five Things to Know about Saints offensive lineman Dillon Radunz

Saints add former Tennessee Titans player with experience across offensive line

New Orleans Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis announced Monday that the club has agreed to terms with offensive lineman Dillon Radunz. Here are five things to know about the Saints roster addition:

  1. Dillon Radunz brings NFL experience in multiple offensive line positions. In his 54 career games (31 starts) with the Tennessee Titans, Radunz has played both guard and tackle positions. Radunz played exclusively right guard in 2024 with 903 snaps according to Pro Football Focus. In his career, he has logged 162 snaps at left tackle, 322 snaps at left guard, 1,080 snaps at right guard, 504 snaps at right tackle and 13 snaps as a jumbo tight end.
  2. Radunz appeared in 33 games, including 32 consecutive starts, at the left tackle position for the North Dakota State University. Radunz helped the Bison to four Missouri Valley Football Conference championship teams and three NCAA Division I football national championships while twice being named FCS All-American including a consensus first team selection in 2019.
  3. During his senior season, Radunz was invited to the 2021 Reese's Senior Bowl, the first player to receive an invitation for that year's event. He put up a strong showing in Mobile, Alabama, as he was named Overall Practice Player of the Week according to Jim Nagy, former executive director of the annual showcase game. Radunz would go on to be drafted in the second round with the 53rd overall pick of the 2021 NFL Draft.
  4. In high school, Radunz played both offense and defensive line for Becker High School. Radunz was a two-year starting left tackle for the back-to-back Minnesota Class 4A state champions in 2014 and 2015. He finished his defensive career with 99 solo tackles and 64 assisted tackles, including 14 quarterback sacks, for the Bulldogs.
  5. A multi-sport star, Radunz was a three-year starter in basketball where he was named All-Conference in his high school career. He also competed in track and field where he notched a sixth-place finish in the shot put at the 2015 Class 2A state meet.
