Brian de la Puente: 2013 season in review

Center played every offensive snap in 2013

Center Brian de la Puente

This season was de la Puente's second as the full-time starting center for the New Orleans Saints since taking over as starter five games into the 2011 season. He has now started 44 out of possible 48 games he's played for the Saints. In a line that saw a fair amount of injuries and change de la Puente was a stablizing factor as he played every offensive snap in the 2013 season.

Best game: The 6-foot-3, 306-pounder out of Cal helped lead the Saints to a dominating ground performance in the 49-17 win over the Dallas Cowboys. The Saints had 625 yards of offense, Mark Ingram rushed for 145 yards and quarterback Drew Brees throw for four touchdown passes in the easy win.
