The campaign offers mentorship and education to fathers to instill values to pass down to their children. Through a variety of workshops and outings, the campaign aims for a family unit to reach its fullest potential. This is an active stepping stone for community development.
Through his campaign, Greer hosts a program that is aimed for children's success. The Campaign for Kids teaches youth four key concepts for success: self-belief, organization, service, and trust. By introducing these important life skills early proves that Greer values the youth's and the community's future success.
Greer makes many appearances in the community throughout the season, and he supports his teammates by attending their charity events as well.
