Drew Brees nominated for NFL's FedEx Air Player of the Week for Buccaneers performance

Drew Brees was also named NFC Offensive Player of the Week for Buccaneers performance

New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees has been nominated for the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week, the NFL announced Monday.

Fans can vote for Brees here.

Brees won the accolade for his performances against the Miami Dolphins (Week 4), Buffalo Bills (Week 8), Dallas Cowboys (Week 10) and Carolina Panthers (Week 14).

The Saints quarterback threw for 381 yards and four touchdowns in the Saints' 42-17 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
