The New Orleans Saints hold their first scrimmage of training camp presented by Verizon at 7:50 central time Friday, Aug. 7. You can get live updates from NewOrleansSaints.com or your team app. We'll have videos, photos and stories up Friday afternoon recapping the action.

There is a great interview with Saints tight end Benjamin Watson on Thursday's Black and Blue Report. Friday's show will be devoted to the scrimmage. You will be able to find it here.
