Marshon Lattimore nominated for second consecutive Rookie of the Week

This is the fourth time Lattimore has been nominated for Rookie of the Week.

[Marshon Lattimoreinternal-link-placeholder-0]!, New Orleans Saints rookie corner back, has been nominated for Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week for Week 16. This is the fourth time Lattimore has been nominated for Rookie of the Week.

Lattimore was selected as Rookie of the Week in:

Week 6: New Orleans Saints vs. Detriot Lions

Week 8: New Orleans Saints vs. Chicago Bears

Week 15: New Orleans Saints vs. New York Jets

During the Week 16 game against the Atlanta Falcons, Lattimore recorded his fifth interception of the season, finishing with six total tackles (five solo) and a career-high four passes defensed. 

Other nominees are: Kareem Hunt (Chiefs), Deatrich Wise (Patriots), Keelan Cole (Jaguars), Solomon Thomas (49ers). 

Fans can vote for one of these five players on www.nfl.com/rookies through Friday at 3 PM ET to determine the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week. The Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week will be announced Friday on NFL Total Access on NFL Network and on NFL.com.

After the regular season, five players will be nominated for Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Year honors. Fans can vote for the winner on NFL.com/rookies throughout the month of January. 

This is Pepsi's 16th year as the official soft drink sponsor of the NFL and the 15th year that Pepsi will present the NFL Rookie of the Week and NFL Rookie of the Year awards.
