The New Orleans Saints 2016 Training Camp presented by Verizon will feature a total of 22 practices for fans to watch the team, starting at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., and ending at the Saints' Metairie practice facility.

The Saints will open 2016 Training Camp presented by Verizon on Wednesday, July 27 when all players report to The Greenbrier for physicals, meetings and their strength and conditioning tests. The Saints will begin on-field workouts in a non-padded practice session Thursday, July 28 from 9:30 a.m.-12:20 p.m. The team will hold its first padded practice Saturday, July 30 from 9:30 a.m.-12:20 p.m.

On Monday, Aug. 8, the team will travel to New England for two days of joint practices with the Patriots in Foxboro, Mass. on Tuesday and Wednesday followed by the preseason opener for both clubs Thursday, Aug. 11. The team will return to practice at the Greenbrier from Saturday, Aug. 13-Tuesday, Aug. 16 before departing the following day for Houston where it will hold joint practices with the Texans on Thursday, Aug. 18 and Friday, Aug.19. On Saturday, Aug. 20 the Saints will play the Texans at NRG Stadium and then return to New Orleans. Following four days of practices at their Metairie training facility from Monday, Aug. 22-Thursday, Aug. 25, the Saints host their first preseason game of 2016 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Friday, Aug. 26 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Following the Aug. 25 practice, training camp will conclude. More extensive fan and media details regarding the joint practices with the Patriots and Texans will be available at a later date.

Practice updates and special events: Media and fan alerts, updates and schedule changes will be made daily on www.neworleanssaints.com once training camp starts or by clicking on to Twitter (@Saints) or Facebook (facebook.com/neworleanssaints). Please note that, in the event of inclement weather (including rain, thunderstorms and extreme heat) practices in Metairie will be moved indoors and will be closed to the public. Practices at The Greenbrier also may be cancelled or closed to the public in the event of inclement weather. Practice times and field locations are subject to change with little or no advance warning at the discretion of the football operations staff. Updates are promptly available on the club's digital media platforms.

Parking and Admission Information: For fans wishing to attend workouts in Metairie and The Greenbrier, admission is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In practices held in Metairie, gates will open to the public 45 minutes prior to each practice. Limited bleacher seating is available in both Metairie and The Greenbrier; please note---there is no reserved seating. Additional seating on the berm is available at The Greenbrier. Standing room along the fence line is permitted in Metairie. There is no admission charge for watching training camp practice. An admission ticket will be issued to each person upon entrance to the football facility at practices at the Greenbrier. The ticket will also enable you access to The Greenbrier property activities and include assorted special discounts. Parking at practices in Metairie is free based on availability. Public parking is available in parking lots close to the team facility off of Airline Drive in Metairie for practices.  At The Greenbrier, parking for spectators will be located just east of the Greenbrier at the White Sulphur Springs Water Plant (1266 Big Draft Road, White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. 24986). Spectators will then board on-site transportation for the 3-5 minute ride to the practice facility. This is the only form of transportation that is allowed to enter the training camp facility. Personal vehicles, walk-ins, and private buses/motor coaches are not permitted. Transportation will run continuously during the scheduled times listed, taking spectators among the parking lots, football facility and The Greenbrier resorts. The transportation fee is $5 per adult and $2 for children 12 and under.

Lodging: The Greenbrier has availability throughout the Saints training camp so please call its reservations team for rates and availability at (855) 851-9901 followed by selecting option 4.

Player Autographs: Following each practice, Saints players will sign autographs for fans. Available players will sign autographs if weather, time and other circumstances permit. Please note, however that autographs are not guaranteed.  

Still Photos and Video: Fans are welcome to take photos of the players during training camp. However, video is prohibited. Saints staff may request at any time that you cease using those devices.

Hand-Wanding/Prohibited Items: Fans are advised to arrive early as they will be checked via hand-wanding and all bags will be checked by security. Backpacks, video cameras, oversized handbags, outside food and beverage, pets and any other items deemed unacceptable by the New Orleans Saints are prohibited. At The Greenbrier practices, fans are hand-wanded at the parking site.

Concessions: Food beverages and merchandise are available for purchase. Drink and food from the outside are not allowed on the premises.

Restrooms: Restrooms are available at all training camp locations.

Special Needs: Visitors with special needs should see a Saints or Greenbrier representative for appropriate assistance. In Metairie, the ADA dropoff site is in front of the main entrance gate for practice. The Greenbrier ADA parking/dropoff site will be located at the White Sulphur Springs Water Plant with transportation provided to the practice site. A viewing area is available for our disabled fans.
