*The Saints finish the preseason 3-1 with tonight's 22-13 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. New Orleans will meet the Atlanta Falcons in its regular season opener on Sunday, Sept. 7, at 12:00 p.m. CDT.
*New Orleans finished a preseason 3-1 for the third time since 2009 and for the second consecutive season.
*The Saints went 65 yards in seven plays on their first offensive series, with QB Luke McCown capping the drive on a three-yard pass to RB Travaris Cadet.
*Playing the first series, McCown finished four of four for 29 yards, one touchdown pass and a passer rating of 136.5.
*QB Ryan Griffin relieved McCown and played the remainder of the game, as he finished 11 of 21 for 126 yards. He connected on a second quarter 52-yard completion to WR Robert Meachem that helped set up a 23-yard field goal by K Derek Dimke.
*WR Joseph Morgan had a team-high four receptions for 33 yards.
*Cadet had an impressive evening as an all-purpose threat. He returned New Orleans' first kickoff 40 yards and on the subsequent offensive drive, caught a three-yard touchdown pass from McCown. He finished with two receptions for two yards and seven rushes for a team-leading 24 yards.
*Rookie WR Brandin Cooks had three receptions for 30 yards
*WR Charles Hawkins also returned kickoffs for 40, 36 and 29 yards
*The Saints defense forced one turnover, giving them nine for the preseason and putting them at 6 in giveaway/takeaway ratio.
*The Saints' defense forced their first turnover of the night when S Pierre Warren picked off Ravens QB Tyrod Taylor in the end zone in the first quarter.
*Rookie S Vinnie Sunseri finished seven tackles, second-most on the team, to finish the preseason with a team-high 21 stops. Rookie ILB Todd Davis had a team-leading nine tackles Thursday night.
*Dimke hit both of his field goal attempts on the evening.
