Quarterbacks Coach Mike Neu is an Indianapolis native who was a four-year starter at Ball State where he was named the MAC Most Valuable Player and Offensive Player of the Year as a senior in 1993 and is a member of the school's Athletic Hall of Fame. He started his coaching career as a graduate assistant in Muncie in 1994, where he served on the same staff as Running Backs Coach Dan Roushar.
