The New Orleans Saints announced today that they have re-signed defensive back Johnson Bademosi it was announced by Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis.
Bademosi, 6-0, 219, was originally signed by the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent out of Stanford in 2012. In eight seasons with Cleveland (2012-15), Detroit (2016), New England (2017), Houston (2018), Miami (2019) and New Orleans (2019), Bademosi has played in 120 contests with six starts,, recording career totals of 52 tackles (42 solo), one interception, nine passes defensed, two fumble recoveries and 84 special teams stops. In four postseason contests for the Lions, Patriots and Texans, the Silver Springs. Md. native has posted two coverage stops. In 2019, he played in ten games overall, four with Miami and six with New Orleans before being placed on Injured Reserve, December 16. He posted four defensive tackles and one special teams tackle for Miami and added one more coverage stop for the Saints.
